Shipment & Delivery

Goods purchased using this site will be Send By G.A.P. Akis Express, Shipped, mailed By EMS Cyprus Post Office to the purchaser or air transported by FedEx Express International Courier service or for larger items an independent parcel delivery service. For proof of delivery you will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when delivered to you. If you are not in when your parcel arrives G.A.P. Akis Express,   FedEx Express International Courier or your Cyprus/ International Post Office will retain your package at your local depot for few days enabling you to pick it up. After few days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges will apply to send the goods back out to you.

If you have already pay by Credit card, Direct Deposit, Cyprus Bankers Draft or Cyprus Postal Money Order your order will be just ready to be (picked up) from any  G.A.P. Akis Express Branch in any Cyprus city or you could arrange with them ( G.A.P. Akis Express ) to deliver your order Home or Any given address with an additional charge on their service price list and Estimates.

For Cyprus Home Delivery or any other address Arrange by us (Nicosia Internet Shopping Ltd) extra charges will be charged on your credit card after the amount is agreed from both sides depending the transportation method that is used and the destination you have requested.

 Delivery for Cyprus customers by G.A.P. Akis Express at any of their branches (Pick up Service ) is free on all orders over 20.00 EUR. Delivery for Cyprus customers by G.A.P. Akis Express at any of their branches (Pick up Service ) on all orders under 20.00 EUR add costs 2.00 EUR.

All prices are displayed in "Euro" and include VAT at the Cyprus standard rate of 15%.

Returns Policy

Good customer relations are important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available on all items. Please choose carefully before you buy.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order and subject to our terms and conditions we may exchange it for an alternative product or refund the cost of your order. To qualify for the 7 day money back guarantee:

The goods must be unused. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions)

The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable.

The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order in Cyprus or for International order 14 Days from the date the Parcel, order Collected and Signed

Pharmaceuticals, Drugs and Food Supplements, Lotions, Creams, Oils in all Hygiene items if opened or consumed, unsealed, Lingerie and clothing, are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable (except where there is a manufacturing defect) or damaged on transportation.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Free offers will be accounted for if the returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. We will deduct the value of the free offer goods from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please include any free items with your returned goods if the order value drops below the free offer level. 
Please note: Postage and packaging is nonrefundable.

Defective Products
