Question : Are you discreet?

Answer : Yes, very discreet. All orders sent in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. No indication on outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. You can add or delete your name from an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products and special offers. You must ask for this service, you will not be added unless you request to be included.

Question : Can I order by phone?

Answer : Yes! Just call Tel: ++(357 99715100). Please have the details of your order ready. We recommend adding your items to your shopping cart and then print out the shopping cart page before calling us.

Question : How will my order be shipped?

Answer : Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery by Akis Express in all cities of Cyprus to the agreed branch upon request C.O.D (cash on delivery) if you are in Cyprus. In Greece we send the parcels with EMS Cyprus Post Parcel Express to the address  of your choice. All order must be paid in advance.  C.O.D. method Cash on Delivery is not accepted for orders outside Cyprus.

For Cyprus Home Delivery or any other address Arrange by us (NICOSIA INTERNET SHOPPING) extra charges will be charged after the amount agreed from both sides depending the transportation method that is used and the destination you have requested.

Question : How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Answer : Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 7-10 days.

Question : How can I pay for my order?

Answer : Only cash, at the same time when you pick up your order from Akis Express.

Question : Is VAT included in the prices?

Answer : Yes it is. What you see on the page is what you pay.

Question : I did not like what I received, can I return it?

Answer : Yes, if it has not been 7 days since its shipment for Cyprus and 14 days outside Cyprus international shipment, It can be returned if its packaging has not been opened and the product is intact, you can return it and change it with a new product. However, you will be charged for the return.
